i've been working in DFS for over a month...honestly i love working in airport because of the different people i meet from different countries. but sadly i'm getting affected by the people working above me day by day. the RSMs and management simply sucks. the RSMs and the management above the RSMs treat the promoters like owe them lots of things. absolutely no respect for us. be it the way they talk to me, scold me, orders me to do things its like we're taken for granted.
there's this one rule they have just set for all promoters which i find it FUCKING unfair and stupid.
all promoters are to go for their break strictly at either 4.30 or 5.30.
LOOK I START MY FUCKING WORK AT 3PM!!! AND I AM FORCED TO GO FOR MY BREAK WHEN I'VE JUST STARTED WORKING FOR AN HOUR OR TWO!!!!! WHAT IN THE FUCKING WORLD IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT???
AND I HAVE TO REPORT TO THE RSM BEFORE I GO FOR MY FUCKING BREAK????? WHERE'S MY BASIC RIGHTS???? AM I YOUR DOG OR SOMETING??? REPORTING TO YOU BEFORE I GO FOR MY BREAK? THIS IS FUCKING ABSURD I SWEAR...
but after some serious consideration and self contemplation, i've decided to try and tolerate these nonsence for as long as i can.
Because i'm only working during the weekends and not really affected by those stupid measures implemented.
