sometimes when we work and work so hard. we fail to notice the type of customers we meet each day.
today forexample, i served a customer normally and he was very satisfied with my service. I was surprised that 15 minutes after he made his payment, he actually came back to my counter and shook my hands, wished me a merry christmas & a happy new year. He commented that i provided him an excellent service.
Before that, an Australian customer actually said "may god bless you" to me after i managed to solve his problem and provided assistance to him.
When i'm working i'm always looking out for such feeling and satisfaction. It's something we can't buy with money and it feels great each time i made my customer happy and satisfied.
simple things they do or show may mean a lot and it's heartwarming.Labels: work life
